Mentoring Program 2020

Career guidance

AusIMM is excited to announce the launch of a new Mentoring Program in 2020. The program is now open for mentees to register.

Are you looking for career guidance and direction? Would you like to develop goals with someone who has been where you are now?

The aim of the Mentoring Program is to develop a structured, sustainable mentoring process that supports men and women through career guidance and direction by sharing experiences, developing career goals and forging exceptional mentoring relationships beyond the program’s duration.

The program includes a comprehensive matching framework conducted by a registered Psychologist, Dr Ali Burston. Successful applicants will be provided with the opportunity to learn and receive career guidance from a mentor that is fully invested in their career and development.
