The Webinar is aimed at tertiary level graduates seeking employment in the mining, minerals and resources sectors. These guidelines are relevant to all graduates irrespective of location. 

About this event

The purpose of this Webinar is to assist university graduates achieve a successful on-line interview.

Businesses use interviews to understand the prospective employee’s skills, attitudes, values and behaviours.

The interview is an opportunity for to demonstrate skills and capabilities against the company’s role requirements and culture.

The Webinar will cover the types of questions likely to be asked and offer suggestions as to how each may be answered. 

This will be an interactive Webinar where attendees are encouraged to join in.

Dr Lucy Lunevich

Senior Lecturer and Program Manager of the Master of Engineering Management program in School of Engineering, RMIT University
Dr Lucy Lunevich is a Senior Lecturer and Program Manager of the Master of Engineering Management leadership program the school of engineering, STEM. She is a passionate advocate for the role of higher education, research and innovation in creating economic prosperity and for improving people's lives through education and training, innovation and environmental awareness.

Her research focuses on digital pedagogy, complex evolving systems, adaptive environmental management, leadership, strategic alliances encompassing businesses at higher productivity level and rapid shift into new economic conditions.

Lucy maintains active social media presence and have been rated one of the 25 smartest women to follow on Twitter by the Fast Company Magazine. She is the Editor-Chief for Water Environmental Federation (WEF) publishing agency, US and frequently invited to address businesses in Australia and US.

Analyst
Nicole graduated in 2018 with a double degree in Science and Commerce and now has a role as Analyst.

Breanna Considine

Business Improvement Analyst
Breanna graduated with a Chemical Engineering degree in 2018, spent 2 years in a graduate program working across multiple functions, and now has a role as Business Improvement Analyst.

Susanne Pearce

Susanne graduated with a Chemical Engineering degree and has enjoyed a career in the energy and resource sectors. Initially in Operations, Susanne has worked in project management for the past 15 years, with a stint as a recruiter and so has experience on both sides of the interview experience.
