The AusIMM Southern QLD Student Chapter is pleased to invite you to compete in the 2025 Local Mining Games.
About this event
Get your steel caps and hard hats ready for the SQSC’s biggest event of the year! Put your ‘old-school’ mining skills to the test by competing against students, alumni, and industry in a day full of fun and teamwork!
By registering a team for Local Mining Games, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Compete against students, alumni and industry in a full day of events.
- Network over complimentary breakfast and lunch.
- Receive your own AusIMM SQSC LMG drill shirt.
- Attend the LMG after party.
Events this year include Mucking, Track Set, Gold Panning, Blast Face Tie-In, Rock ID, Swede Saw, Survey and Air-Leg Drilling.
