Laramide Resources - Update on the Westmoreland Uranium Project
Join the North Queensland Branch for their March tech talk: Laramide Resources – Update on the Westmoreland Uranium Project.
About this event
In this tech talk, Lloyd Jones, General Manager at Laramide Resources Ltd, and Michelle Ellis, Exploration Manager at Laramide Resources Ltd, will provide an update on the development of the Westmoreland Uranium Project.
Laramide Resources Ltd is focused on exploring and developing high-quality uranium assets in Australia and the western United States. The Westmoreland Project in Queensland, is one of the largest uranium development assets held by a junior mining company. This project has a JORC and NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource of 51.9 million pounds of U3O8 underpinning an economically robust, open-pit mining project with a mine life of 13 years. Additionally, the adjacent Murphy Project in the Northern Territory is a greenfield asset that Laramide strategically acquired to control the majority of the mineralised system along the Westmoreland trend.
