Keynote synopsis

Dev will present a policy plan and outline the steps needed to transform Australia from a dig and ship nation into a prosperous processing and manufacturing powerhouse and unlock this once in a generation economic opportunity for Australia.

Biography

Dev leads Tesla’s critical battery minerals and supply chain strategy and policy advocacy for Australia. Since joining Tesla in 2018, Dev has also worked extensively on accelerating the integration of battery storage in APAC. Prior to Tesla, Dev worked at various utilities, governments and international organisations focused on sustainable energy systems. Dev holds an MPhil in Engineering from Cambridge and a PhD in energy policy.
