Driving positive change together for AusIMM's International Women's Day Event Series 2025
AusIMM, the peak body for resources professionals, is proud to announce the return of its acclaimed International Women's Day Event Series in 2025. The Event Series celebrates women in mining at celebratory networking lunches held across Australia from 27 February to 14 March.
Now in its seventh year, the Event Series is Australia’s largest mining-related event that celebrates the outstanding contributions of women in the resources sector. The 2025 Event Series is expected to attract 3,000 attendees nationally, supported by new events in the regional cities of Kalgoorlie and Hunter Valley.
AusIMM’s event theme ‘Driving positive change together’ signifies the power and importance of coming together to create change to continue to break down barriers and champion for diversity, equity and inclusion in resources. In 2025, the Series Ambassadors, a group of remarkable women from Signature Partner organisations BHP, Newmont, Rio Tinto, Weir and Whitehaven Coal, will come together to shape conversations as we collectively strive to create positive change across the sector.
The Event Series offers attendees the opportunity to enjoy a delicious two-course lunch, network with industry professionals, celebrate your teams and gain inspiration from our keynote speakers.
