We are proud to announce new panel discussions exclusive to our Major International Women's Day Events in Kalgoorlie, WA, and Hunter Valley, NSW – March 2025

AusIMM’s International Women’s Day Event Series 2025 is set to be a transformative journey, bringing together professionals from across the resources sector to drive positive change. In 2025, the series introduces an exciting new feature: regional panel discussions, offering an unprecedented opportunity to explore challenges, share solutions, and inspire collective action towards creating safer, more inclusive workplaces.

The resources industry is at a critical juncture. Persistent issues such as workplace harassment, bullying, and a lack of diversity continue to affect safety, culture, and retention. Recognising these systemic challenges, AusIMM’s IWD 2025 panel discussions will tackle these topics head-on, providing a platform for leading and diverse industry voices to discuss actionable solutions and drive meaningful change.

Regional Panels

As a first for the IWD Event Series, AusIMM is expanding its program to include regional lunch events in Kalgoorlie (5 March) and the Hunter Valley (14 March). These events will feature interactive panels that explore some of the most crucial topics and more, including:
