At the heart of this year’s theme, Driving Positive Change Together, is the belief that real progress happens when we join forces and embrace the full diversity of thought, gender, culture, and experience. As our host Allison Golsby puts it:

“Driving Positive Change Together highlights the power of collaboration and inclusion. True progress happens when we work side by side, embracing full diversity—of thought, gender, culture, and experience. Men and women must partner as allies in this journey because our challenges and opportunities are shared.
