AusIMM is proud to announce immersive workshops focused on Psychosocial Risk Management, running alongside our International Women’s Day (IWD) Event Series in Perth and Brisbane.

These diversity, equity and inclusion focused workshops will equip participants with essential skills and practical tools to address critical psychosocial risks within the resources sector.

Interactive Workshops for Psychosocial Risk Management

The resources industry faces ongoing challenges that can lead to both physical and psychosocial risks. These workshops are designed to provide attendees with the knowledge and confidence to tackle these risks effectively using the ICMM Critical Control Risk Management (CCRM) process.

Participants will gain:

  • Current Knowledge in Psychosocial Risk Management: Up-to-date insights and the latest approaches to managing psychosocial risks.
  • Critical Control Approach: Guidance on identifying, specifying, and verifying good controls to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Tools and Templates: Pre-workshop materials, detailed examples of performance standards, and verification steps for immediate application in the workplace.
Workshop Facilitators

After their sold out workshops on pyschosocial management at AusIMM's International Health and Safety Conference in early 2024, we are thrilled to welcome back Professor Maureen Hassall and Libby Humphries, renowned experts with decades of experience in safety and risk management, to lead these interactive workshops.

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is designed for Safety Risk Managers, Health and Safety Superintendents, HR Business Partners, OHS Advisors, Operational Supervisors, and anyone interested in enhancing workplace safety.
