AusIMM is committed to empowering all people in the resources sector and advancing Diversity and Inclusion through advocacy and education.

Each year AusIMM conducts a survey to better understand how women are being represented in the resource’s workforce and present these discoveries at our International Women’s Day Event Series nationally throughout March.

We capture views, concerns, and ideas, regardless of gender, which helps us pave the way for creating a diverse and inclusive culture. Our findings help us continue to provide training and professional development to all mining professionals.

The survey is an integral part of our commitment to being a leader in diversity and inclusion, and this year we are broadening the survey to encompass more topics.

We invite you to take our survey and share your experiences of working in the resources sector. Your responses will help us drive positive outcomes by identifying challenges and opportunities when it comes to diversity and inclusion in our industry.
