Known for her practical expertise and commitment to safety, Allison has been instrumental in developing and implementing ventilation systems that optimise airflow, enhance energy efficiency, and prioritise worker health and safety.
Allison’s career spans decades in the mining industry, during which she has worked in various technical and leadership roles. Her in-depth understanding of underground ventilation systems and hands-on approach to problem-solving have made her a sought-after consultant for mining projects globally.
She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and inspiring others in mining, actively advocating for the inclusion and empowerment of women, and providing mentorship and support to the next generation of industry leaders.
