Chevaun is a Geologist with over 20 years of industry experience, spanning roles in mine geology, resource estimation, project management, exploration and more recently Resource Governance.
One of Chevaun’s most significant achievements includes the creation of the Geology Department in the first commercial underground gold mine in Ecuador. For the past 5-years she has worked for Newmont/Newcrest as Manager Resource Governance, overseeing Reconciliation and QAQC standards and supporting the Mineral Resource and Ore Reserves reporting for the company. The central focus of this role has been to identify value adding opportunities across the entire mining value chain using reconciliation processes.
