Extensive management and leadership experience in test work development, studies, detailed design, construction completion, commissioning, operations and operations readiness, process/production optimisation, sustaining capitals, and business development.

Commodities - Nickel, cobalt, manganese, scandium, rare earth, lithium, gold, silver, copper, and minerals sand.

Chemical regeneration (hydro and pyro metallurgy chemical processes)- sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid and ammonium sulphide.

Energy (renewable and green energy)- Recycle and convert waste into renewable energy and new byproducts - High-Temperature Pyrolysis (HTP) Technology to convert waste to produce char, biochar, activated carbon, thermo-char, bio-fuel, and syngas to generate electricity to the grid.
