Lis has over 25 years experience in a wide range of civil and geotechnical engineering projects servicing mining, industrial and local government clients.

She possesses particular experience in the area of mine tailings and mine water storage and management applications for all project development stages including closure.

Lis has been Engineer of Record for a number of tailings dams in Australia.

Lis is currently Senior Manager, Tailings Stewardship at South32.
