Australia's premier event for students and new professionals in the resources sector

Designed specifically for mining students and resources professionals in the first five years of their career to meet global industry leaders, network with peers, experience interactive workshops, tours, inspirational keynotes and abstract presentations from the future workforce.

From 3 - 4 September 2025, the New Leaders Summit will be hosted in Perth. Over a comprehensive two-day program, over 300 attendees will explore topics including technology and innovation, sustainability and climate, future proofing, safety, and much more.

The Summit will be followed by the APAC Mining Games on 5 - 6 September 2025.
