As a workplace incident survivor, and now a safety leadership expert, Anton Guinea is a best-selling author, he has spoken and consulted around Australia, and internationally, on the importance of psychological safety, leadership, and physical safety.

Anton’s work (and purpose) is focused on helping leaders to create an engaging safety culture, where team members take ownership of the safety process, and the safety outcomes. His 15 years of consulting experience, and his background is in mining, manufacturing (and other) industries, has provided Anton with the ability to understand different workplaces, and their inherent drivers and cultures. He holds a diverse range of qualifications (including current psychology study), and couples’ those with experience, and a passion that is contagious.
