Group Manager Contracts and Procurement – Projects, Fortescue Metals Group

Dara Byrne joined Fortescue in 2017 and leads the contracts and procurement team for Fortescue’s major projects including new mine developments and power infrastructure. A senior contracts and commercial professional, Dara has 20 years’ experience working in various project delivery teams predominantly for mining and oil and gas construction.

Dara has an established reputation for successful contracting strategy development, negotiation and commercial risk management to achieve project objectives.
