Marianne is the Executive Manager People and Communications at Northern Star Resources Limited. She has over 30 years’ experience in the resources industry with over 20 years’ experience in senior human resources support. As well as running her own business for a number of years she has worked in a variety of small and large resources companies.

Marianne holds a Masters in Leadership (MLM) and a Diploma in Positive Psychology, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
