Tim is a Director and Head of Training Product Development in PwC's Skills for Australia and is the Skills lead on PwC Australia's Future of Work team.

Tim works with federal and state governments on the design and delivery of the national skills system, including being responsible for 8 national training packages. His team is responsible for the vocational training standards in the resources industry. Tim also works with organisations to improve their upskilling through more effective skills strategies and training programs. Through his work at PwC he has also undertaken projects in south east Asia and the Middle East.

Prior to PwC, Tim was a Senior Adviser to a state education and training minister.
