Non-Executive Director, Vulcan Energy

Ms Bush is Chair of the Audit, Risk and ESG committee of Vulcan Energy Resources, a dual listed entity on the Australian and Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s. As well as a producer of geothermal electricity and district heat, Vulcan is leading the way in the production of ‘Zero Carbon Lithium’ from the underground geothermal hot brine resource.

Ms Bush is a qualified solicitor and chartered tax advisor, as well as earning the CFA ESG investing qualification and a sustainable finance certification. She has an MA in Law from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographic Society. She Chairs the ESG Committees of two other listed Boards on the LSE and sits on the investment committee and valuations committee of Gresham Houses’ British Sustainable Infrastructure Fund.
