Glenn was appointed Chief Operating Officer of ManpowerGroup Australia in 2019, leading group-level operations including sales, digital transformation and delivery of long-term strategic growth. He also leads country-level operations of the Talent Solutions brand.

One of the key business lines with Talent Solutions is Defence Force Recruiting (DFR), which is a public sector/private sector collaboration between the Department of Defence and ManpowerGroup to provide an integrated recruitment organisation for the Australian Defence Force (ADF). DFR is a composite organisation comprising Navy, Army and Air Force, Australian Public Service, and ManpowerGroup personnel.
