Marcel Stoelman is the worldwide lead for the Autonomous Haulage Program at Epiroc.  

Having previously held the position of Caterpillar Regional Technology manager for Australia and Asia Pacific, leading a large team of specialists deploying and supporting Caterpillar Autonomous Haulage program for the 793F, 930E & 789D Automated Mining trucks at Fortescue, RioTinto, BHP, BMA, Newmont. Supported the deployment of Command for Underground at Freeport McMoRan in Indonesia.

Marcel Stoelman has well over twenty years of industry experience, including finance, excavator production, product design, sales & marketing, technology and various leadership positions. Worked across Construction Industries, Mining and Technology segment with postings in Switzerland, USA, South Africa, Mozambique, Belgium & Australia.

Holds a masters Mining Engineering degree from the Technical University of Delft and Masters of Finance degree from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands.
