Diverse industry experience over 30 years that includes design, evaluation, implementation and operation of underground mining projects. Includes leadership roles in technical, project development and operational teams. More recent assignments have entailed strategic and technical leadership for mining businesses, ASX Top 50 to juniors, and projects from 0.5 to 6 million tonnes per annum in size. Commodity coverage includes, copper, gold, silver, lead, zinc, molybdenum and rhenium.
Adrian's strong operational background and progression to project / corporate roles allows him to apply the skills and knowledge acquired to add value to a mining business.
Contributions to the mining profession more broadly as an active member of AusMM at branch and conference organising committee level, including leadership roles, and as the author of 16 technical papers provide additional support to my industry profile and network. Published technical papers cover; mine development, workforce recruitment, haulage system selection and project evaluation.
