AFL’s Gather Round to follow #UgOps2025
The fixture has been released for the Australian Football League’s Gather Round 2025, which is set to take place immediately following AusIMM’s Underground Operators Conference 2025 in Adelaide.
AFL fans planning to attend the conference from around the globe will have a unique opportunity to see their team play live as part of the annual “Festival of Footy”.
Gather Round 2025 fixture
Adelaide and Geelong are set to open the round at Adelaide Oval on Thursday, April 10, the day after the close of #UgOps2025, with Collingwood and Sydney to face off on the Friday night.

Adelaide v Geelong at Adelaide Oval, 7.10pm ACST
Friday, April 11
Collingwood v Sydney at Adelaide Oval, 7.10pm ACST
Saturday, April 12
North Melbourne v Gold Coast at Barossa Park, 12.05pm ACST
Carlton v West Coast at Adelaide Oval, 12.50pm ACST
Western Bulldogs v Brisbane at Norwood Oval, 3.45pm ACST
Melbourne v Essendon at Adelaide Oval, 7.05pm ACST
Sunday, April 13
Richmond v Fremantle at Barossa Park, 12.05pm ACST
St Kilda v GWS at Norwood Oval, 2.50pm ACST
Port Adelaide v Hawthorn at Adelaide Oval, 6.50pm ACST
2 Barossa Valley games
Two games will be played in the Barossa Valley, with North Melbourne and Gold Coast doing battle on Saturday followed by Richmond and Fremantle on Sunday. AFL CEO Andrew Dillon had this to say:
"The Barossa celebrates some of the best of South Australia and we are excited about all the opportunities that will be on offer for our fans to take in while visiting the region, outside of the two incredible games that will be played at the new Barossa Park in Lyndoch."
