Mining Contract Management Workshop: Overview

Presenters will guide an interactive format covering key areas of mining contract management, including:

• Drafting a clear and concise contract that assists the parties
• Negotiating the contract
• Implementing systems to administer the contract
• Managing contracts for win -win outcomes
• Resolving disputes and claims

The workshop attracts senior mining engineers and managers from both miners and contractors looking for ways to improve their knowledge and understanding of setting up the right contract for their project, managing their projects for success and options to resolve disputes when they arise.

Mark and Joe have broad mining contract management experience working for mining companies and contractors and with all forms of mining contracts in Australia and internationally. They have also been involved in resolving major mining contract disputes.
