I have more than 28 years of professional experience in project management, design, feasibility studies, and construction/site supervision of mining infrastructure facilities (tailings storage facility, heap leach facility, waste dump, open pit, surface water management, etc.), hydraulic structures (hydro-dam, hydro-electrical power plant, flood protection structure, etc.), tunnels, roads and pipelines mainly associated with geotechnical and hydraulic engineering disciplines. I am especially skilled in project management, numerical analyses (finite element, slope stability, etc.), 3-dimensional modeling, CAD applications, and computer programming. I fulfill the Qualified Person (QP) requirements as defined in NI 43-101 Instrument and a Competent Person (CP) defined in the JORC Code.
