Notice of AusIMM AGM – 12 June 2024
AusIMM's 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from 2.00 – 3.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 12 June 2024.
All current financial members (Student, Associate, Member, Fellow and Honorary Fellow) are invited to attend the meeting.
The AGM will be a hybrid meeting. To register to attend virtually click here.

The business of the meeting will include:
- Overview of 2023-2024 AusIMM activities
- Confirmation of minutes from AusIMM's 2023 AGM (held on 14 June 2023)
- Consideration of AusIMM’s 2023 Annual Financial Statements
- Timetable for election of Directors to the AusIMM Board 2025-2027
- General business (including Q&A session).
Meeting Format
Members will have the opportunity to ask questions at the AGM. Alternatively, Members may prefer to email questions in advance of the meeting to meetings@ausimm.com. These questions must be received by Wednesday, 5 June 2024.
Please note that we may respond directly to your question before the AGM or address the question during the meeting if several queries on the same topic are received.
