AusIMM is excited to announce the launch of its new job board, developed by Prosple, to support students and recent graduates seeking opportunities in the resources sector.

This tailored platform, accessible via the AusIMM website, offers a focused resource for job seekers to explore industry-specific roles while providing employers with a unique way to connect with emerging talent.

The job board is completely free for students and graduates, enabling easy application to available roles. Users can filter by location, start date and work rights, to find the jobs most suitable to them.

The AusIMM job board stands apart by focusing solely on roles within the mining and resources industries, and includes essential advice articles, specific industry insights, and rankings of top employers, to help students and new professionals kickstart their careers.

Users create a simple profile detailing their university, degree, and graduation year to access and apply for roles directly. Many roles, which will come online in March, also have a pre-register option.

The collaboration with Prosple is also a significant opportunity for AusIMM’s partners to increase the visibility of their own job listings. Job postings on the AusIMM job board are distributed across Prosple’s extensive network, including universities and professional organizations, giving employers the best chance to find top candidates.

AusIMM Head of Professional Standards, Sustainability and ESG, Narelle Wolfe, said: “As the leading voice for professional excellence in the resources sector, AusIMM is proud to support students and graduates entering the mining industry with this tailored job board. It’s part of our broader commitment to fostering sustainability and upholding professional standards by equipping the next generation with the tools, opportunities, and connections they need to succeed.”

Students and graduates can now search for jobs specific to the resources sector via the AusIMM website:
