Opting out

Members may opt out of the use of their personal information for marketing and promotion of AusIMM events, publications, information updates and other resources at any time by managing their “preferences” via their dashboard, or by using the ‘unsubscribe' facility in a communication. Alternatively, anyone can write an email to the AusIMM member services team via membership@ausimm.com – and request that information be erased or unsubscribed.

As mentioned under “Our commitment to transparency”, AusIMM relies on personal information to provide support and services to members. While members are free to opt out of allowing AusIMM use of their personal information for the purposes of administering their membership, this option prevents AusIMM from engaging with this member.
