Selection of Flotation Reagents With Predicted Characteristics - Using Phosphorus Thioacids as an Example
The degree of ionicity-covalency of complex compounds is discussed here as a prospective criterion for selection and purposeful synthesis of sulfhydril and oxhydril collectors. Theoretical predictions of flotation behaviour were confirmed by flotation of a number of ores.
