The International Mine Management 2012 Conference aimed at sharing lessons
learnt by the minerals industry in the wake of the global financial crisis and
within an ever-changing global framework. Themes addressed included development
and operations, through to broader topics including human resources, health and
safety and sustainable development. There was a strong emphasis on operations
