The tenth in the series of conferences on Metallurgical
Plant Design and Operating Strategies, was held from 11-12 September 2017 in
Perth, Western Australia and presented an array of advances in metallurgical
processing and plant design. The theme of World's Best Practice' was continued and
papers explored the rising cost of energy and other consumables as
the industry aims to optimise plant performance. These proceedings have ongoing relevance and
bring value to those professionals engaged in the design, specification
and operation of metallurgical plants.
