A major change in cyclone size and improve- ments in operating conditions have been made. Test work has been carried out to assess the classification performance of a modified Linatex cyclone, Wemco cyclones and a two stage cycloning circuit. The use of a scalping cyclone, to remove coarse material from the present overflow product for regrind, has also been investigated.
