We have had very positive feedback since rolling out the course within AMC, not only from those who attended but others who felt it sent a very clear message throughout the organization the importance of the topic. A number of participants are now going through the advanced course.

Kellie McGee

People and Culture Manager, AMC Consultants

The course is incredibly well structured and organised, 1hr sessions each week worked very well and helped soak in each module. Giulia is an excellent facilitator and covers the content well. I am looking forward to reflecting on the course with a direct report who attended the course as well and we plan on presenting to the team on some key learnings and suggest actions. As a white male in mining I found it very powerful listening to other people's experiences in mining that I have not been exposed to. I am now motivated to reach out to all employees in our work group and get to know them a bit better and find out what we can do to help improve our inclusivity at site.

Participant of March 2021 intake

There was some great content that I think can be easily applied quite quickly. Small changes which translates into wins is the aim, and slowly improving the current way of doing things! Thanks for a good course!

The content was amazing and very informative compared to many other training courses or content I have been through.
