1.1 AusIMM reserves the right to deny you access to, or use of, all or part of the site, without prior notice, if you engage in any conduct that AusIMM believes, in its sole discretion:

(a) violates any term or provision of the Terms and Conditions; or

(b) violates the rights of AusIMM or third parties; or

(c) is otherwise inappropriate for continued access and use of the site.
