8. Indemnification

8.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AusIMM, and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and related bodies corporate from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable lawyers’ fees) arising from your use of the site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions, or from your violation of any applicable law.
